๐ NECA Labor Unit Reference
Labor hours per item are sourced from the NECA Manual of Labor Units (MLU) 2023-2024 Edition. The MLU provides experience-based labor references covering material handling, layout, installation, and typical non-productive labor. Three difficulty tiers (Normal, Difficult, Very Difficult) accommodate varying site conditions.

Pricing is based on current material costs and prevailing labor rates subject to change.
Additional work discovered during installation may require a separate change order.
All work performed by licensed technicians per NEC, NFPA, TIA, and applicable codes.
Payment terms: Net 30 from date of invoice.
Warranty: 1-year limited warranty on workmanship; manufacturer warranty applies to all equipment.
