๐ NECA Labor Unit Reference
Labor hours per item are sourced from the NECA Manual of Labor Units (MLU) 2023-2024 Edition. The MLU provides experience-based labor references covering material handling, layout, installation, and typical non-productive labor. Three difficulty tiers (Normal, Difficult, Very Difficult) accommodate varying site conditions.

Payment terms: Net 30 from date of invoice.
Warranty: 1-year limited warranty on workmanship; manufacturer warranty applies to all equipment.
