π NECA Labor Unit Reference
Labor hours per item are sourced from the NECA Manual of Labor Units (MLU) 2023-2024 Edition. The MLU provides experience-based labor references covering material handling, layout, installation, and typical non-productive labor. Three difficulty tiers (Normal, Difficult, Very Difficult) accommodate varying site conditions.

All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the following applicable codes, standards, and regulations:

Terms & Conditions
- This change order is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date issued. After expiration, pricing may be subject to revision.
- Pricing is based on current material costs and prevailing labor rates at the time of proposal and is subject to change upon expiration.
- Additional work discovered during installation that is outside the agreed scope may require a separate change order with written customer approval.
- All work shall be performed by licensed, insured, and qualified technicians in accordance with NEC, NFPA, TIA/EIA, BICSI, and all other applicable local, state, and federal codes.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Warranty: One (1) year limited warranty on all workmanship from date of substantial completion. Manufacturer warranty applies to all equipment and materials as specified by each manufacturer.
- Customer is responsible for providing adequate access to work areas, including ceiling spaces, electrical rooms, and telecommunications closets.
- Any delays caused by conditions beyond the contractor's control (including but not limited to material shortages, site access issues, or acts of God) may result in schedule adjustments.

By signing below, the undersigned parties acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms described in this Service Change Order, including scope of work, pricing, and terms & conditions.
